given a tentative pickup time to arrive at the airport about one hour
thirty minutes before your flight.
The evening before you travel we will call you with the exact pickup
time. Your pickup time might vary
fifteen to twenty minutes either direction to allow for additional
pickups. You may also give us a time
that you want to be to the airport by.
Your pickup time will still vary but you will arrive at the airport
by the time you requested.

Time not Money DISCOUNT Shared Ride
for $54.00 (one way)
You
are a shared ride passenger but willing to be picked up as much as two and
a half hours earlier then normal so that you can accommodate our
schedule. Example: You have a 1:00pm
flight while you might get a pickup time of the standard which is 10:30am,
you may get a pick up time of 9:15 am or even 8 am. We would strive to make
your pickup close to the regular time but you might have to leave
early. Selected areas only. Restrictions apply.
Discount
Restrictions:
• Selected
cities only.
• Payment must be received three days prior to departure.
• Only for flights departing 8:00 AM or later
• Only for flights scheduled to arrive before 9:00 PM.
• Late arriving flights that arrive after 10:00 PM and are the last shared ride of the night
will be
required to pay full shared
ride price or the difference.
• Four hour notice required for changes.
• Credit allowed towards future discount travel within one year of
original travel date.
• No Refunds
Corporate
Billing
Companies are welcome to set up billing accounts with Airport Flash in
order to provide employees who travel frequently with quality
transportation to and from the airport without the added step of
reimbursement or prepayment. Call for details.
Special
Event Transportation
Vans with drivers are available for day trips and sports events. 72 hour
advanced reservation is required, and must be secured with a credit
card. Limousine and Executive Car
Service is now also available if you or your company requires private,
non-shared transportation. Please call for more details and rate
information.
Additional
Information
Reservations made for one-way from the airport must be secured.
Cancellations must be made 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Chauffeured van rentals are available for $100 / hour with a 3 hour
minimum, $125 / hour with just 1
hour minimum.
* A pickup party consists of passengers picked up at one location. Rates
for groups larger than 5 or multiple pickups within a party are available
on request.
